Returns & Refunds

Everything we make is handmade and sent with care. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor problem, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

If something arrives faulty or damaged

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please write to us within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return postage for any faulty or incorrect item.

Change of mind

Because our bath bombs and botanical perfumes are personal-care products made by hand, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you change your mind about an unopened, unused item in its original condition, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by you, and your refund is issued once we receive the item back in its original condition.

A note on handmade products

Each piece is made in small batches from natural ingredients, so slight variations in colour, scent, and appearance are part of their character, not faults. We think it is part of what makes them feel real.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Local pickup orders

If you collect your order in Brisbane, you are welcome to check it at pickup, so anything can be sorted on the spot.

Bookings and sessions

For Reiki, consultations, and other sessions, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, so the time can be offered to someone else. Bookings are managed through Fresha, where you can adjust your appointment.
