"Sometimes life doesn't need more doing — it needs softer moments, deeper breaths, and simple rituals that bring you back to yourself."— Brenda Gomes Lorenzzoni · Aconchego Studio

Our Philosophy
To ask for rest. To gently reset what feels depleted. Listening to these moments is also a form of self-care — and it is exactly what Aconchego was created for.
Every product begins with a herb. Every herb carries generations of wisdom. We simply bring them together, by hand, with intention — so you can feel held, the way a warm home does after a long day.
Meet Brenda
The Maker
Nice to meet you. I am Brenda Gomes Lorenzzoni — a Holistic Therapist, Professional Stress Consultant, and the hands behind every Aconchego creation.
I am passionate about helping you understand yourself on a deeper level. My work is about guiding you to recognise your strengths, embrace your challenges, and return to balance — using the wisdom of nature as the bridge.
Aconchego is a Portuguese word. It is the warmth of home, the comfort of being held. That is what I pour into every product, every session.
The Herb Compendium
Each herb is chosen for its history, its effect on the body, and the way it has been used across generations. Not for trend. For truth.
Lavender
Lavandula angustifolia
One of the most ancient herbs for calming the nervous system. Settles anxiety, eases tension, and prepares the body for rest. Found in Aconchego bath bombs and aromatic sachets.
Ritual: place a sachet under your pillow before sleep.
Chamomile
Matricaria chamomilla
Gentle and deeply soothing. Chamomile calms the central nervous system, soothes inflammation, and wraps the body in softness — the way a grandmother would.
Ritual: steep in hot water and breathe the steam before your bath.
Rosemary
Salvia rosmarinus
Clarifying and grounding. Rosemary stimulates circulation and clears a tired mind. The scent of returning to yourself — familiar, honest, restorative.
Ritual: hold the sachet between your palms and breathe deeply.
Turmeric
Curcuma longa
Used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine. Reduces inflammation, relieves tired feet, and brings warmth to the skin. The foundation of Aconchego's foot soak ritual.
Ritual: dissolve in a warm foot soak and rest for twenty minutes.
Calendula
Calendula officinalis
The marigold — one of the most healing flowers in nature. Soothes, repairs, and protects the skin while carrying a quiet golden warmth that feels like sunlight.
Ritual: add to a bath and let your skin simply absorb.
Jasmine
Jasminum officinale
Jasmine saves its best perfume for the night. A gentle nervine, it lifts the spirit while calming the body — the scent of unwinding slowly, willingly, completely.
Ritual: use in evening oil to mark the end of your day.
